A taste of renown Alentejo, the Black Pork. Small dishes with Plumas and secretos for you to taste while drinking a glass of red wine
Next to the old roman wall, we will taste something extraordinary, the original Pastel de Nata. They might say that Belem has the oldest, but in here, the recipe is based on a XVI century recipe of an old convent so, I think pours is oldest.
A chorizo with a beer, nothing better than this for us to keep chatting eating something so simple but with so much flavour.
Cheese and Jam and bread and honey and…. life is hard
Conventual Sweets, the old ones. Sweet and tasty like the nuns used to do it…maybe better because you get to taste this ones.
